Registration Fees

• US $450 for participants
• US $500 for late registration participants (after March 31st, 2005)
• US $150 for graduate students*
• US $200 for late registration graduate students* (after March 31st, 2005)
• US $150 for accompanying persons**

* GRADUATE STUDENTS: In order to receive the graduate student rate, you must provide a letter from your faculty advisor certifying that you are currently a graduate student

** ACCOMPANYING PERSONS: A companion attending the conference who will not participate in the scientific aspects of this conference, but who will participate in the receptions and banquet

Cancellation Fees

• By March 31st: $100
• From March 31st - May 15th: lesser of $300 or registration fee paid
• After May 15th: No cancellations

How to register at the conference

There will be a registration desk in the atrium of the Holiday Inn Select on every day of the conference during the following times: Tuesday from 15:00 - 20:00; Wednesday from 06:30 - 16:00; Thursday from 07:00 - 16:00; and Friday from 07:00 - 12:00.

All conference attendees should report to this registration desk in order to collect their registration packs and to register/pay if they have not already done so. Registration fees for conference participants at the door is US $500. Registration for graduate students is available at the door for US $200. In order to receive the graduate student rate, registrants must bring a letter from their faculty advisor certifying that they are currently a graduate student. Companions attending the conference who will not participate in the scientific aspects of this conference, but who will participate in the receptions and banquet, may register at the door for US $150.

How to register in advance

To receive the early registration rate, faxed registrations must be received on or before March 31st, and mailed registrations must be postmarked on or before March 31st. 

Registration forms without payment WILL NOT be accepted.

All presenters must register (WITH PAYMENT) early (on or before May 1st) to keep the corresponding paper in the technical program - papers that do not have a pre-registered presenter will not be included in the proceedings or technical program.

If (and only if) you are a PRESENTER, please list the Abstract ID('s) (not the page #) of only the abstracts that you will be PRESENTING.
