The Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) offers direct air service to two dozen cities and connecting air service through a half-dozen major hubs and is only 12 miles from the conference hotel.

• Complimentary shuttle service from the Baton Rouge airport is offered by the Holiday Inn Select for hotel guests and is available by prior arrangement. Please contact the hotel at 1-225-925-2244 to arrange for a shuttle pickup.

• A wide selection of rental car companies are located at the airport (Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National Car Rental, Thrifty). Parking at the Holiday Inn Select is complimentary.

• La. Shuttle Express provides shuttle transportation from the Baton Rouge airport by advance reservation only. Pricing is $25 for the first person, and $5 per additional person (e.g. $65 for 9 people). Please contact Anna at 866-925-8110 for reservations.

• Taxis (e.g. Yellow Cab of Baton Rouge) from the airport are around $20 and take about 15 minutes to get to the conference hotel.

• DIRECTIONS FROM BTR: The conference hotel is located 12 miles from the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. Follow the signs from the airport to I-110 SOUTH. Get on I-10 EAST. Take the COLLEGE DR exit (EXIT 158). Go straight across COLLEGE DR onto CONSTITUTION AVE (parallels the interstate). The Holiday Inn Select is 2 blocks on the right.

The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is located 70 miles from the conference hotel and is served by most domestic airlines. There are no flights between Baton Rouge and New Orleans.

• Taxis (e.g. Yellow Cab of Baton Rouge) from the airport are around $100 each way and take about 1 hour to get to the conference hotel.

• DIRECTIONS FROM MSY: Baton Rouge is located 60 minutes west of New Orleans by way of Interstate 10. Follow the signs from the airport to I-10 WEST. In Baton Rouge, take the COLLEGE DR exit (EXIT 158). Turn LEFT from the exit ramp onto COLLEGE DR.. After passing under the interstate, turn LEFT onto CONSTITUTION AVE (parallels the interstate). The Holiday Inn Select is 2 blocks on the  right.
